Sauna | Relaxation rooms | fitness
The sauna area is a textile-free zone – please use a towel as a base at all times. The use of the sauna area, the relaxation rooms and the fitness area is not permitted to children and young people under 16 years of age.

Pool | Hottub
Access to the pool and sauna area is permitted only in swimwear or a bathrobe. Please shower thoroughly before using the pool and whirlpool. The pool and whirlpool must always be used in swimwear.

Introducing ‘Adults-only Time’ and additional ‘Kid's Splah Time’
Dear guests, we are delighted to be able to offer our youngest guests additional time in the pool area*!
During ‘Kid's Splash Time’ - daily from 7:00 to 10:00 am and 3:00 to 5:00 pm - our little guests can splash and play happily! During this time, children under the age of 16 are allowed to be themselves (only when accompanied by an adult - parents are liable for their children).

Outside of these times, we ask you to be considerate of our guests seeking peace and quiet and to observe our ‘Adults-Only Time’ - daily from 10:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00.

Silence & calm
To protect the peace and privacy of other guests, we thank you for turning off your mobile phones during your visit to ALL BALANCE SPA and to avoid using cameras and laptops. We also ask you to keep conversations quiet and reserved.

Valuables
Please leave all valuables in your room safe or the lockers in our changing rooms.
