As part of the Fine Food Days Cologne, Trattoria Enoteca transforms into a stage for the freshness of the sea and the Italian way of life. The spotlight is on Helgoland lobster, freshly caught by renowned lobster fisherman Detlev Nitze, paired with exquisite wines from Weingut Kirsten-Liebieg on the Mosel.
The Italian-inspired 5-course menu is accompanied by an aperitif, carefully paired wines, water, and coffee specialties. Culinary enjoyment is guided by Sven Lurz, Helgoland native and lobster fisherman’s assistant, and Andreas Winkelmann, sommelier at Weingut Kirsten-Liebieg—a perfect blend of expertise and passion for flavor.
