When salt takes a break and caviar takes command: AKI and Gin Sul invite you to an extraordinary dinner experience in a regal setting. Five courses, flowing gin, long tables—and conversations that linger.

What may sound provocative reflects the philosophy of our partner and supplier Altonaer Kaviar Import (AKI): uncompromising quality, respect for the product, and pure enjoyment without distraction.

As part of the Fine Food Days Cologne, we invite you—together with AKI Caviar and Gin Sul—to an exclusive dinner set in the beautiful courtyard of the Althoff Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg. Should the weather have other plans, we will move in style to Restaurant Jan Wellem.

At the heart of the evening is a 5-course menu centered around caviar & gin, with each course paired with complementary gin specialties. The experience is further enhanced by craft beers, wines from the estate’s own winery Schloss Ortenberg, as well as water and selected coffee specialties.
