Dennis Ilies, the highly acclaimed chef at Hotel Tannenhof in Arlberg, who earned two Michelin stars in record time, joins forces with Dennis Kuckuck, the talented and ambitious chef working alongside Joachim Wissler. Together, they will present a creative and dynamic 8-course menu that combines exceptional craftsmanship, sophistication, and culinary curiosity.
The menu will be complemented by an elegant aperitif, a curated selection of wines and beverages, mineral water, and coffee – perfectly paired by head sommelier Dennis Ruhl.
