On Good Friday our kitchen director Marcus Graun will spoil you in the restaurant Jan Wellem with an exquisite seafood menu in 4 courses and amouse bouche.
After a can of caviar (10g) you can choose between a half lobster au gratin or a lobster cocktail. Two further fish courses followed by a sweet dessert complete the Good Friday menu to a delicacy- wines, mineral water and coffee are also included.
