Gastrosophic end-of-year review

Gastrosophical review of the year in the Restaurant Vendôme with 2-star chef Dennis Kuckuck. Imaginative, refined, at times daring - but at the same time puristic and reduced to the essentials: The Vendôme's cuisine combines the highest quality ingredients and clear flavors to culinary compositions that you won't forget so quickly.

A shallow, textured plate holds a white, fluffy dish resembling rice or coconut, surrounded by vibrant green sauces and garnishes. Small, round green peas and delicate herbs accentuate the presentation, creating a contrast of colors and textures that suggest a gourmet culinary experience.
