The Sunday experience for the whole family.

At our Sunday Champagne brunch, you will experience our castle chefs up close: we prepare fresh fish or meat right before your eyes from the carving trolley. Accompanied by unlimited champagne, this is what sets our Champagne brunch apart.

Enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet featuring ten different starters, including lobster and oysters, a soup, fresh pasta, a braised dish, a carving station, freshly grilled fish, and a vegetarian dish. Conclude your meal with a dessert buffet boasting ten different desserts, including our deliciously fragrant chocolate fountain with fresh fruit.

Every Sunday we offer you our champagne brunch from 12:30 pm to 03:00 pm.

In a wonderful light pink Champagner Rosé shines in the glass - with fruity aromas of red wild berries, floral notes and sweet-spicy perfume of citrus peel. Nuances of dried fruit and cocoa recall the aging in oak barrels.  A heavenly champagne with lightness and play on the palate.
