Our baker Cem prepares our bread and rolls for you himself – in our own castle bakery. Using carefully selected ingredients, artisanal care, and the time that good bread requires. Nicolai Riebeling, our Chef Pâtissier, combines artisanal precision with a true passion for sweet creations. With great attention to detail, he not only bakes our popular cheesecake based on a traditional family recipe, but also creates a wide selection of fine cakes, tarts, and delicate treats.
Whether classically interpreted or given a modern twist, each of his creations is made from high-quality ingredients, a refined sense of flavor, and a commitment to offering indulgence at the highest level. His pâtisserie specialties enhance both the lobby bar and our Althoff Afternoon Tea, turning every visit into a truly special and delightful experience.
