Kathrin Feix has worked in many excellent restaurants.
For the last 10 years she was restaurant manager and Sommelière in the restaurant "Il Giardino", Bad Griesbach, 2 stars Guide Michelin. Before that, Ms. Feix worked as a sommelier assistant for 4 years in the restaurant "Résidence", in Essen, before that 2 years at Schloss Berg, in Perl Nennig and La Table in Dortmund.
