Kathrin Feix has worked in many excellent restaurants.
For the last 10 years she was restaurant manager and Sommelière in the restaurant "Il Giardino", Bad Griesbach, 2 stars Guide Michelin. Before that, Ms. Feix worked as a sommelier assistant for 4 years in the restaurant "Résidence", in Essen, before that 2 years at Schloss Berg, in Perl Nennig and La Table in Dortmund. Kathrin Feix gained her first experience in well-known restaurants. In 2016, Ms. Feix was named Head Waitress of the Year by Gault Millau. The Schlemmer Atlas has been listing her among the "Top 50 Sommelièrs" since 2012.
Pascal Foechterlé has been working in top gastronomy for over 20 years. His picture book career began in restaurants such as Restaurant Schwarzer Adler, Franz Keller, Schwarzwaldstube in Baiersbronn, Restaurant Vendôme in Bergisch-Gladbach and many other top restaurants.
Pascal Foechterlé most recently worked as a restaurant manager at the Olivo and Lava restaurants in Stuttgart. From 2009 to 2011 Mr. Foechterlé worked for the first time in our Zirbelstube. Since 2014 he is working again in the Althoff Hotel am Schlossgarten.
