Who is allowed to travel?

We look forward to welcoming all guests from all over the Federal Republic, both for tourism and business purposes.

Is there a breakfast buffet?

When you arrive at the hotel, we will arrange a fixed breakfast time together with you. We offer a mixture of breakfast buffet and served meals.

Will my room be cleaned?

Yes, we clean your room daily upon request. Our staff will only enter your room when there is no guest in it. Please report to reception if you do NOT want your room cleaned. Of course, your room was disinfected before arrival.

Do I have to wear a mouth-nose protector in the hotel?

Yes, wearing a medical mouth-and-nose covering is compulsory.

Are the restaurants open?

The Trattoria & Taverna Palio, is open for you from Wednesday to Sunday (a table reservation is mandatory). On Monday and Tuesday, please visit our Thaers Wirtshaus vis a vis. The hotel bar is open for you daily from 05:00pm till 12:00am.

We are happy to welcoming and hosting you both outside and inside, in compliance with the known distance and hygiene rules.

Can I book/use massage/wellness treatments?

Body-related services are permitted subject to known safety & hygiene precautions. The swimming pool, fitness room and sauna are unfortunately still closed at the moment.

Our swimming and sauna area is open again.

How can I pay?

Ideally, you pay cashless with us.

What else is there to consider?

For hotel guests, the current curfew in the hotel does not apply, the bar is open for you until 12:00am. 

We recommend using the luca app. If you do not have a smartphone, a key fob provided with your personal data can also be used. You can obtain such a key fob in advance via the luca website.

What happens when I feel uncomfortable?

Please inform our reception and stay in the room.

Will the entire hotel be quarantined in the event of a Corona case or suspicion?

No. If a Corona case is suspected, the guest will be accommodated in a separate area of the hotel. The guest will remain there until the result of the PCR test is available.

Who needs to be tested?

All persons who do not have a double vaccination (to be documented with a vaccination certificate or medical certificate) must be tested for accommodation on arrival and then twice a week. Please note that only persons who have been fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to arrival are exempt from the testing obligation.

At present, no test is necessary for a visit to the restaurant. If you would still like to be tested, there are two official test stations in the immediate vicinity. The results can be entered there directly into the LUCA app.

Are the shops and museums open?

Yes, the shops & museums are open and shopping is possible also without a PCR-Test.
