• Welcome cocktail (redeemable individually)
• 6:30 p.m. The Duck Menu – the classic of Restaurant Endtenfang – served as a 5-course menu in the Library (including accompanying beverages)

WEDNESDAY, 30 DECEMBER 2026

• 11:00 a.m. Guided tour of the historic old town of Celle after breakfast
• 6:00 p.m. 3-course theatre dinner at cucina italiana Palio (including accompanying beverages)
• 7:20 p.m. Pick-up by taxi
• 8:00 p.m. Visit to Celle Palace Theatre, the oldest Baroque theatre in Europe still in use, with its own ensemble. The play will be announced at a later date.

NEW YEAR’S EVE, THURSDAY, 31 DECEMBER 2026

• 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Individual breakfast
• 12:30 p.m. Light lunch (including accompanying beverages)
• 6:30 p.m. Champagne reception with finger food in the foyer
• 7:00 p.m. New Year’s Eve gala dinner served in 6 courses at Restaurant Endtenfang (including accompanying beverages)
• One glass of champagne in the foyer at midnight

• 6:30 p.m. One glass of prosecco as a welcome at the table
• 7:00 p.m. Italian New Year’s Eve buffet at cucina italiana Palio (excluding additional beverages)
• One glass of Motivo Rosé at midnight at the table
• All hotel guests can enjoy a party atmosphere with a DJ in the Grotto, the vaulted cellar in the Unterhaus.

NEW YEAR’S DAY, FRIDAY, 1 JANUARY 2027

• Extensive country-style breakfast buffet
• Individual departure or an additional night
