In addition to the popular Cucina casalinga and its succinct dishes such as Ravioli Palio, the focus will now alternate between all regions of Italy. Five to six times a year, the menu will be adapted to regions such as Liguria, Sicily or Tuscany, so that you can travel through the different regions of Italy and enjoy the various specialities, sometimes classically and sometimes newly interpreted, under the direction of Holger Lutz. At the beginning of each "stage" in Italy, a guest chef from the region will present his favourite 4-course menu, along with other specialities from the region. Matching wines from the different regions will be purchased from local wineries.
