Recipe for the Cibélia cocktail by Johanna Quere

A summer greeting from the Althoff Villa Belrose

Johanna Quere began her career in the F&B department seven years ago. For the past four seasons, she has been the Bar Manager of Althoff Villa Belrose, and for two years, she has been overseeing the hotel's bar terrace.

A creative job and the chance to implement innovative ideas are particularly exciting, especially when you remain in direct contact with the guests.”, she says.

We are excited to introduce Johanna's favorite cocktail for the summer season: her own creation, the Cibélia. This refreshing cocktail combines fresh cucumber, St Germain, gin, and lime – perfect for warm days.
