Come and enjoy an unforgettable Christmas party or your annual kick-off event at the Genusswerkstatt! 

Programme schedule

A modern kitchen featuring a rustic wooden wall and cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances are placed beside a stone counter. Above, wooden shelves hold various metal cooking utensils, and large windows provide natural light, illuminating the space. A unique sink blends seamlessly with the wooden decor.

From November through February, we open the Genusswerkstatt for an evening to remember.

Begin with a stroll to the Rottacher Weihnachtsmarkt – one of the most beautiful Christmas markets at Lake Tegernsee, just a 10-minute walk away. Between 29th November and 21st December, it welcomes you with a festive atmosphere right on the lakeside.

Back at Seehotel Überfahrt, an individual aperitif awaits you on our terrace – with views of the lake and the snow-capped peaks.

The evening culminates in a live cooking experience at the Genusswerkstatt for up to 20 guests, guided personally by your own chef throughout the evening.

Should you wish, complete your visit with an overnight stay at our Elegant Nature Resort.

Terms and conditions

For the exclusive use of the Genusswerkstatt – available throughout the day – a minimum spend of EUR 4,500 on food and beverages applies. Any shortfall will be charged as a room hire fee.

From 1:00 a.m., a late-night surcharge of EUR 250 per hour applies. Celebrations may continue until 3:00 a.m.; from 10:00 p.m. onwards, we kindly ask guests to move the festivities indoors, out of consideration for our other guests' rest.

For larger groups or individual requests, please do not hesitate to contact us directly – we will be delighted to create an experience tailored entirely to your wishes.
