The Genusswerkstatt

A miniature of the native Weißach river flows through the long stone tablet. And the best GAGGENAU appliances are perfect for cooking with our professionals.

What an ambience! Here you can discover the most beautiful details everywhere: Old feed troughs were brought from alpine pastures in the Tegernsee valley, benches were covered with coarse saddle leather and even ancient wood found a new use here.

A cozy dining room features wooden tables and chairs with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Soft lighting from lamps and natural light from windows enhances the ambiance. Decorative elements include potted plants and elegant table settings, creating a comfortable space for dining and socializing.

A culinary journey of lightness, whether Tegernsee bouillabaisse with mussels, tenderly melting buffalo mozzarella, or the best US rib eye from Nebraska from the grill. The Restaurant Fährhütte 14 with its large lake terraces is a mooring for good taste. C'est la vie - casual and exclusive.

Cozy evenings in the Beachclub, casual and relaxed. An atmosphere to enjoy, a large beach with deck chairs, a lounge and holiday feelings of a unique kind are guaranteed. Light lounge music and jazzy sounds in the evening are part of the program.

Offers the right menu to go with it: Whether Steckerlfisch from the original grill, Mediterranean light pleasures or Bavarian hearty. With freshly tapped Tegernseer Hellem? Gladly!
