With the pop-up restaurant "le duc tegernsee | überfahrt", which opened on Lake Tegernsee in June 2023, the Althoff COLLECTION set innovative accents over the summer and presented, as usual, extraordinary culinary experiences of the highest standard. The exciting concept, developed on the basis of the highest culinary art and implemented with The Duc Ngo, generated extraordinary attention and was excellently received by the guests. It underlined that the Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt is one of the top players in top gastronomy in Germany and that The Duc Ngo, with its exceptional expertise, high profile and excellent sense of trends, is one of the key players.

With the end of the summer season, the special guest appearance of the renowned chef and gastronomy entrepreneur from Berlin also comes to an end with great gratitude on the part of the Althoff Hotels - in addition to the established collaboration at the Althoff Villa Belrose in Southern France, the second successful project of the Althoff COLLECTION with The Duc Ngo, for whom the engagement at Lake Tegernsee represented a great step towards the realisation of his fine dining concept "Le Duc Berlin" planned in Berlin.

The team of the Restaurant Überfahrt will take leave in November 2023 and the new concept of the restaurant will be presented in the next few weeks.
