The "Kehraus" starts with a ice cold pint of Tegernseer beer or, of course, with an ice-cold glass of champagne. Afterwards Markus Rüsch and Stefan Burger will present you the most beautiful pearls and black & white gold of the kitchen. Learn more about the myths and secrets surrounding caviar and truffles. Exciting and amusing stories are guaranteed - as well as tasting the extraordinary products. This "Meet & Greet" will be accompanied in proper style by an ensemble from the Bavarian brass band from Maisach. For decades, they have been an integral part of the traditional costume and shooting parade as part of the Oktoberfest.

After this extraordinary culinary warm-up, Christian Jürgens and his team will start off with a 6-course menu in which caviar and truffles play the leading role. The menu - including sweet finale with dessert and Petit Fours - is served in the restaurant Überfahrt. The dishes are accompanied by champagne from the best houses.
