Afterwards Stefan Burger presents you the first Alba truffle of the season. According to this extraordinary occasion, the appropriate glass of champagne is a must.

Similar to a jam session, Christian Jürgens created extraordinary dishes together with Markus Rüsch and Stefan Burger to accompany the tasted caviar and the Alba truffle.
The 6-course menu including sweet conclusion with dessert and petit fours is served at the Restaurant Überfahrt. The dishes are accompanied by champagne from the best wineries in Champagne.
