Romana Echensperger

Master of Wine Romana Echensperger is one of around 300 people worldwide who can adorn themselves with this title.

After working in the best restaurants, including the 3-star Restaurant Vendôme in Bergisch Gladbach, she has been working as a freelance consultant since 2011 and has her own columns for German and international wine magazines.

Marietta Stegbuchner

Since 2016 Marietta Stegbuchner is the Chef-Sommeliére at the 3-star Restaurant Überfahrt, which has been awarded with 19.5 Gault & Millau points and 5 Feinschmecker F's. Her journey took her through some of Europe's most renowned hotels before she set off for New York and from there to Lake Tegernsee.

According to the magazine "Der Feinschmecker" she is one of the 12 best sommeliers in Germany since October 2018.

And in 2019 Marietta Stegbuchner was named "Sommelière of the Year"!
