Your culinary journey begins in the morning with a generous breakfast buffet celebrating premium Alpine products. Fragrant regional breads and pastries, fine local cheeses and cold cuts, fresh dairy products from nearby farms, homemade spreads, seasonal fruits, and wholesome muesli variations ensure a delightful start to the day. Freshly prepared egg dishes add a warm touch of Alpine comfort – authentic, nourishing, and rich in flavor.

Choose from our daily changing selection of dishes, which we serve as part of a three-course menu. Within each course, you can choose your preferred option – combining your personal tastes with our hotel’s culinary signature. Your selection for the three-course menu features crisp leaf salads, alpine wild herbs, seasonal vegetables, delicate herbs and homemade dressings. The recipes are penned by Walter Leufen, the hotel’s culinary director. With his flair for authentic Alpine flavours, high-quality regional produce and modern lightness, he creates dishes that warm the soul, surprise the palate and linger long in the memory.
