Our kitchen in the Egerner Bucht

True to the motto "simply the best of everything", the imaginative creations of kitchen director Walter Leufen are skilfully surrounded by an outstanding selection of wines from the top vineyards of the Alpine countries. And for your taste? Of course only the best local products from local hunting, from the evergreen alpine meadows of the Tegernsee Valley and from one of the cleanest lakes in Germany. Only a few examples of the excellent product quality of our region are Bio Aubrac beef from the "Hofgut Reiter", freshly caught fish and shrimps specially bred for our restaurant by the "Herzogliche Fischrei" or the tasty cheeses from the "Tölzer Kasladen".

Simmentaler fillet in the Egerner Bucht

From 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm at our restaurant Egerner Bucht: 250g Simmental filet steak from the region with alpine bernaise, herb baguette and delicious dips, plus a glass of house wine (0.2 l). We are happy to serve you with mountain potato gratin, stone mushrooms or grilled vegetables for EUR 4,50 each.
