Enjoy fresh Alpine cuisine overlooking the sparkling Egerner Bay. Premium Alpine products take center stage at both the breakfast buffet and in the evening – a vibrant salad buffet and a lovingly served three-course menu transform every moment into a delightful experience filled with color, freshness, and Alpine lightness.

A buffet corner features stacked displays of red apples, green apples, and brown treats. Below, various plates and bowls hold assorted garnishes and desserts. Glassware and serving utensils are neatly arranged on the counter, providing a welcoming dining experience.

Your culinary journey begins in the morning with a generous breakfast buffet celebrating premium Alpine products. Fragrant regional breads and pastries, fine local cheeses and cold cuts, fresh dairy products from nearby farms, homemade spreads, seasonal fruits, and wholesome muesli variations ensure a delightful start to the day. Freshly prepared egg dishes add a warm touch of Alpine comfort – authentic, nourishing, and rich in flavor.

In the evening, a lavish salad buffet featuring the freshness of mountain and valley sets the tone for dinner. Crisp leaf salads, Alpine wild herbs, and seasonal vegetables meet regional specialties, delicate herbs, and house-made dressings. 

Afterwards, we serve a three-course menu with selectable options. Within each course, you may choose your preferred variation, combining your personal tastes with the distinctive culinary signature of our house. The recipes are created by Walter Leufen, the hotel’s Culinary Director. With his flair for authentic Alpine flavors, high-quality regional products, and modern lightness, he crafts dishes that comfort, surprise, and linger in your memory.

From 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm at our restaurant Egerner Bucht: 250g Simmental filet steak from the region with alpine bernaise and herb baguette. We are happy to serve you with mountain potato gratin, stone mushrooms or grilled vegetables for EUR 7.00 each.
