The focus is on water: the new indoor pool – one of the largest hotel pools in Germany – the soothingly warm hot pool, and private access to Lake Tegernsee. The newly designed sauna area complements the experience with soothing warmth, whilst relaxation rooms and private retreats invite you to pause and reflect.

Treatments, body therapies, yoga, Pilates and fitness blend harmoniously and are tailored to your personal needs with expertise and care.

In the new Spa Bistro, this philosophy is carried forward through light, balanced cuisine – wholesome, fresh and seasonal.

Water

Water sustains, revitalises and brings a new sense of calm. At the 4 elements spa, it accompanies you in many different ways – whether you’re swimming quietly in the 28-metre-long indoor pool, relaxing in the soothingly warm hot pool, or enjoying the open air in the 18-metre-long outdoor pool.
For families, a sheltered area with its own children’s pool offers space for shared moments. In the summer months, the aquatic world extends right to Lake Tegernsee: the private lakeside access directly in front of the hotel connects the hotel directly to the water. The Beach at Fährhütte14 complements this experience with an exclusive beach area for special moments by the lake.

The newly designed sauna area combines various forms of rejuvenation – from the intense heat of the Finnish sauna, through changing infusions in the event sauna, to the gentle bio sauna. The steam bath complements the experience with soothing moisture that pampers muscles, skin and airways in equal measure.

At the newly redesigned Überfahrer Kids Club, children aged three to twelve can enjoy an environment that encourages them to play, explore and be creative. With lovingly designed play areas, high-quality materials and a variety of activities, it’s a place where our younger guests feel completely at home. Whilst they are carefully looked after by our experienced team, parents have time to enjoy their own personal break.

The Überfahrer Kids Club is open daily from 10.00 to 16.00.

A view that transforms the moment

With the new Master Suites, the landscape becomes part of your stay. Sweeping views, natural materials and a design full of warmth create sanctuaries that invite you to linger. Spanning around 220 square metres, the Signature Suite features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette and two balconies. Hand-woven abaca wallpaper, bespoke oak furniture and fabrics by Etro define an ambience that is both modern and timeless.

The Presidential Suite is the most exclusive suite at the Überfahrt – a new retreat for special stays, characterised by privacy, spaciousness and an unrivalled view of the surrounding area.

A place to spend the whole day

The newly designed Überfahrer Bar is the vibrant heart of the Überfahrt – nestled within the lobby, open to socialising and characterised by an atmosphere that invites you to linger. Whether for your first coffee in the morning, exquisite patisserie creations in the afternoon or a special cocktail in the evening: every hour has its own character.

Warm materials, a fireplace and carefully selected works of art lend the space a timeless elegance. During the summer months, the terrace offers another favourite spot under the open sky. The experience is complemented by gentle piano music in the afternoons from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays, as well as live music in the evenings.

Newly designed event spaces

The rooms Riederstein, Hirschberg, Wallberg and Setzberg have been carefully refurbished – featuring generous windows, views of Lake Tegernsee and a wraparound terrace for breaks in the open air. The new boardroom complements the complex as a discreet venue for confidential discussions, situated in the immediate vicinity of the Signature Suite.
