Dear guests and friends of the Althoff Villa Belrose,

We have opened our doors again on 16 May 2021 and look forward to welcoming you to our hotel.

To make your arrival and stay as pleasant as possible, we have compiled all the important information for you. If you have any further questions, our team will of course be happy to help you in advance and during your stay.

Who is allowed to travel?

Any European with a negative PCR test carried out no more than 72 hours before entry.

Is there a breakfast buffet?

From 19 May, we will be serving our famous breakfast buffet in the restaurant or on the terrace.

Will my room be cleaned?

Yes, your room will be cleaned daily according to our Be Well concept. If you do not want us tao enter your room, please use the red card and hang it outside the door. Of course, your room was disinfected before arrival and not entered again afterwards.

Do I have to wear a mouth-nose protector in the hotel?

Yes, wearing a medical mouth-and-nose covering is compulsory. There is no mask requirement for guests on the terraces.

In the city of Saint Tropez, wearing a mask is compulsory.

Are the restaurants open?

From 19 May, the terraces are allowed to open with reduced seating until 9:00PM. In the hotel, our hotel guests are also allowed to dine after 9:00PM.

From 09 June, all restaurants are allowed to reopen under certain conditions.

Can I book/use massage/wellness treatments?

Yes, our beauty area will be open from 19 May. Pauline is available for treatments.

Body-related services are permitted subject to known safety & hygiene precautions. From 19 May the swimming pool, fitness room and sauna are open

How can I pay?

Credit card, bank transfer or cash.

What else is there to consider?

For hotel guests, the current curfew in the hotel does not apply, the bar is open for you until 24h. 

What happens when I do not feel well?

Please inform our reception and stay in your room. We will be happy to provide you with a self-test.

Will the entire hotel be quarantined in the event of a Corona case or suspicion?

No. If a Corona case is suspected, the guest will be accommodated in a separate area of the hotel. The guest will remain there until the result of the PCR test is available.

Are the shops and museums open?

Yes, the shops & museums are open and shopping is possible from 19 May.

Is it possible to carry out PCR tests in the hotel?

We can recommend the following way to perform a PCR test and get the result within 24 hours:
