The Composer
The members of the Speyer family were all lovers of classical music. And so renowned composers give this suite its unmistakable character: think of Walter Braunfels, for example, who was born in Frankfurt and enjoyed success as an opera composer, or Leonora Speyer, who studied music in Brussels, Paris and Leipzig and performed as a violinist with international orchestras on several occasions.
Inspired by the passion for music, the interior of the suite plays with a harmonious colour palette and strong contrasts - similar to the contrast of black notes on white paper. Selected art objects, books and records invite you to immerse yourself in a world of art and music.
