Admission:
Tickets for the Christmas market can be purchased in advance from spring onwards. Admission is EUR 10 on Thursdays for the Afterwork Market and EUR 14 from Fridays to Sundays, including one mulled wine or non-alcoholic punch each. Tickets can be purchased online in advance. Booking before November 15 offers a 14% discount. Additionally, there are Early Bird Tickets available for EUR 12 from Fridays to Sundays (during the first hour of each respective day).

EXHIBITOR DETAILS, CONDITIONS, CONCEPT

Application Process: The quality, individuality, and uniqueness of products are crucial for participation. Participation of small craft businesses, manufactories, or individualists is expressly desired regardless of the products offered. When selecting exhibitors, great importance is placed on a balanced composition of providers and their products. There is no entitlement to product exclusivity for exhibitors. After receiving and evaluating the application, we will be pleased to send you the online link for the binding registration. This is based on the aforementioned participation details. The trader enters into this contract acknowledging the General Terms and Conditions attached to this contract as an annex.

Weihnachtsmarkt Schloss Bensberg Standverteilung

The Christmas market in the courtyard in front of the facade of the baroque Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg is characterized by the elegant, sophisticated ambiance of the castle surroundings and the Linden avenues illuminated with fairy lights on both sides of the square. The huts and pagodas are set up in a kind of "circular route," so that visitors strolling through the market pass by all the huts and pagodas equally.

However, if you explicitly wish to be positioned in one of the most prominent locations in the "front row," please book a "Premium" booth space. These are marked in orange and red-pink on the adjacent layout plan.

Booth

Each booth is approximately 2.5 x 2 meters in size. The standing height in the eaves area is approximately 2 meters. The booths are lockable and have a floor. Each booth is provided with a fir garland with warm LED lights. The interior decoration, furnishings, and lighting of the booth must be arranged by the exhibitor.

The rents listed below are flat rates for both Advent weekends and include advertising measures, framework program, provision of toilets, and power supply (small consumers, maximum 400 watts, 220V).

Artisans receive a 10% discount on the stand rents mentioned above (only for booths).

Pagodas

Pagodas are available in sizes of 4x4 or 5x5 meters and all come with a wooden floor. Any decoration (including the tent canopy) as well as lighting for the pagoda are to be arranged by the exhibitor. If you are interested in a double pagoda that extends in depth, please feel free to contact us individually.

Concept Store Mile

You produce small individual items and want to present and sell them in a unique ambiance? Then rent individual meters as exhibition space in the Concept Store Mile. You will be located in a pagoda with a wooden floor and carpet, sharing it with several exhibitors - a highly communicative concept where you are in close contact with visitors and other exhibitors to showcase your lovingly crafted products.

Simply choose the number of meters you need in width, bring shelves or display cases with you, and design them according to your wishes.

Price per meter: EUR 259
