Falstaff Wine Trophy 2024

On Saturday, November 16th, this year promises to be a highlight for all wine enthusiasts. Falstaff cordially invites you to join us in experiencing the presentation of the Wine Guide 2025 and the award ceremony for the coveted Wine Trophy in the picturesque Bergisches Land in Bensberg.

Sommelier of the Year, Newcomer of the Year, Winemaker of the Year – these prestigious awards are bestowed annually by Falstaff. Following last year's successful launch, the coveted Falstaff Wine Trophy will once again be presented at the Althoff Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg.

This year's award ceremony will also coincide with the unveiling of the Falstaff Wine Guide Germany. All gala guests will have the exclusive opportunity to be the first to hold and add to their collection the brand-new guide featuring the current ratings of Germany's most renowned wineries. The excitement will be palpable in the ballroom as the top three candidates for the coveted titles are announced.

Following the award ceremony, you will enjoy a walking dinner of the absolute top class - the chefs read like the "who's who" of the German culinary scene: the chef stars of the Althoff Collection, cooking up close alongside numerous award-winning partner chefs. Of course, you will enjoy all the nominated and award-winning wines!
