The Restaurant Trattoria Enoteca invites you to a short Tuscan vacation. With a Mediterranean ambience, it is the best place to experience hours of pleasure. Mediterranean flavours, exquisite wines and a charming, perfect service await you here.

In addition to a strong country cuisine, light delicacies from the coast and homemade pasta, the team around chef Marcus Graun serves a "Cucina Creativa" - including the matching Italian wines.

Experience culinary delicacies such as handmade pasta, risotti as well as fish and meat specialities and much more at various stands in the kitchen and restaurant. Enjoy the best Italian wines and live music. An excursion for the whole family!

Highlights of the week - always worth a visit

Dining like at the famous Tuscan butcher Dario Cecchini in Panzano in Chianti! Enjoy a traditional Tuscan butcher's feast in three courses: carne crudo, carpaccio and fennel salsiccia to start. Followed by the main course with slices of entrecôte double. This is accompanied by vegetables of the day, Tuscan beans with olive oil, rosemary potatoes, Chianti butter and homemade bread. For dessert we serve a chocolate and olive oil cake.

Enjoy a 3-course menu with specialities from the sea.

The main course is the absolute highlight: a whole sole for two people at the table filleted with garlic-almond butter, pine-nut leaf spinach and mashed potatoes and olive oil. Sole is one of the finest and best edible fish, that's why we put it in the spotlight. It is framed in the starter by a cacuccio risotto with fillets of Mediterranean fish, calamarettis and prawns and in the dessert by a lukewarm chocolate-olive oil cake.
