At the newly and comprehensively redesigned 4 elements spa by Althoff, reopened in August 2026, everything revolves around what so often gets neglected in everyday life: time for yourself.

Inspired by the traditional knowledge of the healing and effective powers of nature, the concept was developed by Elke Diefenbach-Althoff and is implemented at Seehotel Überfahrt with great passion and attention to detail.

Water, warmth, movement, and stillness create spaces to switch off, regenerate, and gather new energy. The four elements – earth, water, air, and fire – along with their distinct qualities, are reflected throughout our rituals, treatments, and experiential worlds.
