Local heroes - global flavours: we offer and live a culinary, cosmopolitan experience with fair products. Regional ingredients, some of which we even grow ourselves, first-class craftsmanship and a certain playful lightness in a casual ambience.

Cornelia Fischer was already part of the team at Restaurant Überfahrt as Chef de Partie from 2015 to 2018. She then worked as sous chef for three-star chef Andreas Caminada in Switzerland for two years. The native of Lower Franconia moved back home from Graubünden in 2021 and was responsible for two restaurants as head chef at Hotel Zur Schwane, including the Michelin-starred ‘Weinstock’. Here, Cornelia Fischer reached a significant milestone in 2023: Schlemmer Atlas named her ‘Chef of the Year 2024’. She has been leading the Restaurant Überfahrt under the new concept since September 2024.
